I want to give you a couple of warnings about giving this mushroom to children and pregnant women; there are no oral ingestion studies and I don't know of lore or ancient use. It doesn't mean you can't, but I just don't know of any and I can't tell you if I've given it to mine or not, and I can't answer that question for you.
Other questions are about which medications you're taking and if you can use this with those. Answering that question is called practicing medicine without a license and I can go to jail for it. I know most of you in other countries do not have that law, but we have it here.
I'm also getting asked what you can use things for, like "will this mushroom help me with X disease/illness/symptom", answering that is also practicing medicine without a license.
If you want my personal help about how to find your dose or how to make this thing, or if this is too much stuff for you to get through and you don't want to try and get through all of it, at this point your best bet is to just become a patron. I'm not trying to get money out of people, I used to be able to just jump on Zoom and help people out, but not anymore. I quit being able to do that back in March of 2021, and now I really really can't.
On Zoom we can talk and I can help you with anything that's already in these videos, any research that I'm learning, we can chat about stuff but I cannot give you advice about your personal life, decisions that only you can make about your life, or medical issues, or any life advice. I am not a therapist and I am not a medical professional. I am sorry for your suffering, and it's weighing me down reading all your emails. I've been there and know that suffering.
