Self Love & Amanita Muscaria

February is love month, this is the love mushroom, and all society talks about is "love yourself". But what is self love really? How is that actually possible if we are inside our own bodies or a single point of consciousness? Is it really necessary or even possible? Don't you have to heal first? Why do people say it's important? How is self love going to replace love from a special person in our lives? 

In this 3 hour workshop we are going to discuss all of this, learn what the amanita really want and how they work inside us to create it. We will discuss myths, programming, realities, consciousness, and challenge current dogmatic ideas surrounding self love. 

I will be giving you practical exercises, activities and permissions to breathe, to help you learn how to use the mushroom toward goals, how to actually walk out the other side of this with something most people would call self love and how to actually accomplish it with not much actual effort or hard work. And yes, that is actually the better way to do it.

I have found that this really helps us work on dealing with the valentine's day hubabaloo, helps us deal with the constant pressure to be better to ourselves and what seems like unending work on ourselves that never seems to have an end point.

Some important notes:
